Prices shown are for 1 day hire. Goods are usually delivered the day before and collected the day after the event.

1,QUOTES

All quotes are valid for a period of one month from date of issue. Once a function is booked Allstar catering services will guarantee the price therein for a period of twelve months.* Free delivery and collection applies to a 25 mile radius of Sevenoaks

2, PAYMENT

On booking Allstar catering services - a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be made. Balance of the payment to be made on the day plus a £25 refundable breakages deposit. This to be returned once the goods have been inspected and found to be complete and in good order.

3, DAMAGE/LOSS OF EQUIPMENT

The client is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss to any property of Allstar catering hired for the clients function.

All breakages are subject to the full replacement cost to the hire company and will be invoiced after the event. Costs available on request

4, CANCELLATION

In the event of a cancellation the following apply;

Within 30 days notice; the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another date subject to availability

14 days notice; 50% of cost of event will be applied

7days notice; 100% of cost of event will apply.

5. OTHERS-

- Goods at all times remain the property of Allstar Catering Services.
- Goods will be checked and signed for by the hirer on delivery.
- No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by use of equipment hired. No Liability accepted for any stock lost by malfunction of the equipment on hire.
- Hirer should ensure that they or their representatives are at the delivery address.
- Please Note: Hire goods must be returned by the date and times agreed, or further hire charges will be made for each day that the goods are not returned. This charge is known as a penalty charge at 25% per day.
- All packing boxes will be charged for if not returned.
- Any shortages or delivered breakages must be notified to the company prior to the use of the hire. Failure to do so will result in the assumption that these are the sole responsibility of the hirer.
